Weekend Warrior Camps consist of 4 essential components:

Discussions covering mental preparation, nutrition, strength training, goal setting, earning a college scholarship and more.

Location Information: West Delaware HS in Manchester, IA is located between Waterloo, Dubuque, and Cedar Rapids. West Delaware high school and youth wrestlers had a great experience at our Summer Camp and will be outstanding hosts. We offer our campers free housing with host families or you can stay in a local hotel with your parents. Some other Iowa high school teams that have attended our Summer Camps include Waverly Shellrock, Iowa City, and Southeast Polk. Look for wrestlers from these schools and many other dedicated Iowa Wrestling Communities at this camp.

Cost: $200 includes instruction, food & housing with a host family.
Special rate of $125 for 2009 Summer Chertow Campers.
The cost includes 12 hours of instruction & training, as well as your food & housing if needed.

We offer the following substantial group discounts for non-summer campers:
4+ wrestlers = $25 discount per wrestler
8+ wrestlers = $50 discount per wrestler
12+ wrestlers = $75 discount per wrestler

Innovative Team Camp Format: We spend a great deal of time planning each weekend in order to provide the skill development and training that is most appropriate for that time in the pre-season or early season cycle. Coaches who bring their teams to our Weekend Warrior Camps consistently remark how productive and beneficial the sessions have been in the preparation of their teams for the upcoming season.

	Ian Assael - Camp Director and Coach at Ken Chertow’s Home Training Center in State College, PA. Ian works full-time with Coach Chertow to make sure your camp experience is as beneficial as possible. Prior to joining Ken Chertow Wrestling full time in 2002 he was a very successful high school teacher and coach, developing 14 high school State Champions and 2 High School All-Americans.
