Commuters get the training and meals. Camp is highly supervised, with an 8:1 staff-to-camper ratio. - **7 a.m. in the weight room**Structured weight training is a standard opt-in part of camp. Camp counselors lead 7 a.m. workouts throughout the week in the weight rooms at Spooky Nook. - **A hot breakfast**Three meals a day, starting with a hot breakfast buffet. Campers, counselors and coaches eat together. - **Sharper technique**Olympians and NCAA champions teach in small groups. Then your wrestler drills each move until the details are right, from the setup to the finish. - **Live wrestling**Live wrestling every day against partners who push back.
