SuperGirl Training Camp

Our 15-day intensive learning and training camp is the premier camp in the nation! We provide world-class technical instruction, intensive drilling, systematic review sessions, daily live wrestling, and sports science seminars designed for serious teens girls interested in college wrestling. We customize the curriculum to fit your needs as you learn crucial techniques while developing the concentration, intensity, and commitment required to become a champion. Gold Medal Training Camps

Our 8-day and 6-day Gold Medal Training Camps focus on technical instruction, intense drilling, and live wrestling. Coaches also conduct review sessions with an emphasis on technique.  Join us is you're looking to excel in wrestling next season!

Technique Camps

This 4-day camp is specifically designed for wrestlers with little to moderate experience. We focus on technical skills that you need to improve on the most. Every great wrestler began with no experience, join us to improve on your skills so that you can dominate the mats next year!
