Below is our general daily camp schedule for all days except check-in/check-out days. Please note that the schedule is subject to change and can be slightly different at each location. Please use the schedule you receive at check-in as the official schedule to refer to while you are at camp. Click a portion of the schedule for more information about that session.

Early Morning
•Early morning strength training, sport specific exercises, and running are optional. All campers are welcome to attend but sessions are not mandatory. These sessions are primarily for our multi-week Super Gold Training Camp and are supervised by our Super Gold Strength Training Staff.


Breakfast
•Breakfast from 7:30 – 9:00 (Breakfast is available the first full day of camp, not on check-in day.


First Session
•The first wrestling session is 9:30 -11:30. The morning session is primarily technique instruction with plenty of repetition drilling. Occasionally we will incorporate live situations, but the focus of the morning session is on instruction and review drills.


Lunch
•Lunch is from 11:30 – 1:00


Second Session
•The second wrestling session is 1:30 – 4:30. This is our live wrestling session. We divide the campers into two groups based on weight and experience.
-For Super Gold Medal, Gold Medal, and Kids Training campers this is the live training session with intense drilling, live situations, live matches, and sports specific conditioning.
-The Future Champion and Technique Campers will focus on additional instruction and review during this session. They will have some opportunities to wrestle live with their camp and the Gold Medal/Kids Training Camps if they choose to, but their focus will be on reviewing and refining techniques.


Dinner
•Dinner is 4:30 – 6:00


Guest Speaker
• 6:30 – 7:00 Guest speaker discussing important topics to all campers. Subjects may include, but are not limited to, strength training, nutrition, mental toughness, or how to obtain a college scholarship.


Third Session
• Following the speaker is the third wrestling session from 7:00 – 9:00. The evening session combines new instruction, drilling, and review. The evenings also feature “small group choices”. This is a unique and very popular feature of our Camp. Staff members teach their favorite techniques and the campers are able to select which topics they want to focus on.


Free Time
During the times between sessions, campers have several options. Usually rest and taking notes are common choices. The hotels have TV’s in each room, game rooms, and one or more swimming pools. We also have the mats down at all times so the campers can stay after sessions to work with staff and get extra personalized instruction and training if they want to. Our coaches are always willing to spend extra time with the wrestlers. Many campers and coaches watch NCAA and Olympic Wrestling Highlight Videos between sessions.


Check-In/Check-Out Days
Check-in from 12:00 - 2:30 pm
Check-out is at noon

On check-in/check-out days, there will be wrestling sessions as well. Check-in day has a session shortly after check in beginning at 3:00 pm and then another session in the evening following dinner. Check-out day has a morning session followed by a wrap up talk. The campers are usually able to check out between 11:00 am and noon. Dinner is the first meal on check-in day and breakfast is the final meal on check-out day.


Our schedule and curriculum at each camp is designed so our campers learn and retain as much as possible. We encourage you to review our camp brochure and web page thoroughly to learn as much as possible.
