1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing KenChertow.com and registering for our camps, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration & Payments

All registrations must be completed through our official website.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Installment plans may be available.
Discounts for group registrations apply only when all members register together.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cash refunds are available only through Purchase Protection (Option 2). If you think you may need to cancel your registration for camp you have 2 options:

➤ Option 1: Receive some Camp Credit to be used in the future camp -- if you are unable to attend because of illness or injury. You must let us know by email at camps@kenchertow.com, and a doctor's note is required.

Pennsylvania camps (check-in July 11 or July 18, 2027)
▸ Cancellation before June 20th – Receive Full Camp Credit
▸ Cancellation June 20th through July 10th – Receive 50% Camp Credit
▸ Cancellation after July 10th or No Show – No Camp Credit

Ohio camps (check-in June 12, 2027)
▸ Cancellation before May 23rd – Receive Full Camp Credit
▸ Cancellation May 23rd through June 11th – Receive 50% Camp Credit
▸ Cancellation after June 11th or No Show – No Camp Credit

➤ Option 2: Register with Purchase Protection -- receive a 100% refund of your registration should you be prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. Purchase Protection is optional, is offered by Purchase Protection LLC under its own terms (it is not an insurance policy), and is added when you register.

4. Participant Code of Conduct

Campers must follow all safety instructions and respect coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
Any misconduct, bullying, or failure to follow camp rules may result in dismissal without a refund.
Parents/legal guardians are responsible for ensuring participants understand and follow camp policies.

5. Health & Safety

Participants must submit accurate medical information during registration.
KenChertow.com is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions that are not disclosed.
Camp staff is trained in first aid, but emergency medical care will be sought if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All camp materials, training programs, and website content are copyrighted and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

KenChertow.com is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost items during camp.
Participation in sports involves risk, and campers/parents assume all responsibility for their safety.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and participation in camps implies acceptance of any updates.
